Terms & Conditions – Vandana Travels

Welcome to Vandana Travels ("we", "our", "us"). By booking a trip, using our website [www.vandanatourandtravels.com], or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Vandana Travels.

  • To confirm your booking, a minimum deposit (as specified in your package) must be paid.

  • Full payment must be made before the travel date unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change based on airline fares, hotel rates, or currency fluctuations.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • UPI / Bank Transfer / Credit or Debit Cards

  • Online Payment Gateways (secure and encrypted)

Please retain payment receipts for your records.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or message).

  • Cancellation charges depend on the time before departure and supplier policies (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 working days after deduction of applicable fees.

  • No refund is provided for unused services, last-minute cancellations, or “no-show” situations.

Note: Certain promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable.

4. Changes or Modifications

  • Any change to an existing booking (travel date, destination, hotel, etc.) is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Vandana Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour in case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, etc.). In such cases, alternate arrangements or refunds will be offered as per company discretion.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • The traveler is responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, vaccination certificates, etc.).

  • Vandana Travels acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, delay, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers.

6. Health, Safety & Insurance

  • Travelers are advised to carry appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal loss.

  • Vandana Travels is not responsible for illness, accidents, or personal losses during travel.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive for a smooth travel experience, Vandana Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Any loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Acts of negligence by third-party suppliers.

8. Website Use

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bankora, Dungarpur courts.
